Join the students and faculty of Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic School on Friday, May 5th starting at 12:30 PM as they celebrate spring with a tree planting at their school campus on Wilcox Park Drive!

WHAT TO WEAR? Please dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes. Bring gloves if you have them and a water bottle.

INFORMATION: Friends of Grand Rapids Parks’ works until all the trees are planted, but whatever time you can give is very appreciated. We have planted hundreds of trees in the community so far and want to continue this important work with you! No experience is necessary. Tools and direction will be provided by trained Citizen Foresters and other experienced tree planting volunteers.
